Where we do it
Our processing plant is located in the heart of Montseny Natural Park. It’s surrounded by farmland and forests of holm oak… Directly in front is Matagalls, the highest peak in the park. The air is clean, the landscape bucolic and the flora and fauna abundant. And in order to leave everything exactly as we found it, 100% of the by-products and water we use is recycled.
How we do it
After selecting the best grain, we crush it, macerate it and by means of amylases (enzymes that convert carbohydrates such as starch into glucose molecules) we extract the nutrients and the sweetness that oats provide. Then we mix it with the nuts and the drink goes through a UHT treatment to guarantee its food safety. Finally it is packaged.
It stinks at any time of the day. The taste of the nuts makes it unique and the oatmeal provides the sweet spot makes it even more pleasant to the palate.
