Montseny water, soy (13.5%), sea salt.
Rich in vegetable protein, which helps increase and preserve muscle mass and contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones. Low in saturated fats and high in polyunsaturated and unsaturated fats, which help maintain normal levels of blood cholesterol (polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats). No added sugar: it only contains sugars that occur naturally. Even with added sea salt the drink has a low sodium content, which helps maintain normal blood pressure. Finally, as a source of potassium it also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles and the regulation of blood pressure.
Where we do it
Our processing plant is located in the heart of Montseny Natural Park. It’s surrounded by farmland and forests of holm oak… Directly in front is Matagalls, the highest peak in the park. The air is clean, the landscape bucolic and the flora and fauna abundant. And in order to leave everything exactly as we found it, 100% of the by-products and water we use is recycled.
How we do it
First, we crush the soybeans and in so doing transfer the nutrients to the Montseny water. The liquid is then filtered to remove insoluble substances. Then it is cooled and salt added to enhance the flavour. The drink then undergoes UHT treatment to ensure food safety standards before finally being packaged.
Served cold, it has shades of meadow and touches of green. Served hot, the flavour is more intense and enveloping.
